HD Monochrome

I wanted to create a template that was completely black and white, with no shades of color what so ever. I particularly like this design, this template comes with newly updated link / hover actions, and formatted black & white blockquote elements. A simple and elegant XHTML Strict 1.0 Template with top navigation, and image hover. As with all templates here, this template is extremely easy to modify.
